I miss the beach

I saw the topic for Paper Issues was "Make a Splash" and I immediately thought of a layout I had in the July issue of Scrapbook Trends that I can now share on my blog.  It is one of my all time favorite layouts that I have made, as is usually the case with my faves it has one of my favorite pictures and came together in a snap.
I have a confession, the stamping on the right that really balances out the layout was made to cover a drop of Dr. Pepper!  Some accidents do turn out to be happy ones lol.  Thanks for looking, have a great day.

    This looks really good! I used dimensional adhesive and letter stickers to cover up a stamping accident. :)

    I love this layout! This was the kit that I wished I had started my sub at, alas I waited till January. I get so excited for you every month when I see your beautiful layouts in ST. Hopefully(fingers crossed)someday I can join you in there :)

    LOVE this page! The teal versus the white with the type written journaling is perfect- love the photo as well! I have a page using that sassy paper but it's all yellows and blues. I love how you laid the elements out here- GORGEOUS!
